We analyzed the needs of DeltaFx’s customers during several meetings with their managers and developed a preliminary plan. Our next step was to set up a team of experts to work on the project and develop a product that would meet the company’s and their customers’ needs. We organized a group of software engineers, designers, marketers, and other professionals and assigned them tasks.

Our initial sketches of the designer were quickly transformed into an MVP, which we shared with some of the company’s clients so we could interview them. We received positive feedback from the interviews and our team was encouraged to continue working on the product.

Based on the results of the interviews and a new list of demands from the employer, the final edits were made to the project. It was a successful project once all was said and done. The project was completed on time and under budget. The team was pleased with the results and the employer was satisfied with the outcome. Everyone involved was proud of the successful collaboration.
